We would kindly ask all Parents not to attend the sessions with your children, this is to ensure a safe environment for all the other children during the session and minimise disruption, we also operate the coaching sessions in a small space, so to keep a safe distance for the children. We can provide a safe space at a distance for a parent to observe their child’s first session so they can see how they are conducted. We appreciate your cooperation with this. The clubhouse will be available for food and drink if you would like to stay at the club, or you are welcome to drop off and collect at 7:00pm.

These sessions will be in groups of 4-8 Juniors, with a minimum of 3 juniors required per session for it to go ahead, the sessions will run in all weathers so please ensure your child has appropriate clothing and a water bottle. If the session drops to the minimum of 3 juniors or less the session will become 45 minutes, please confirm lesson duration at drop off to confirm pick up time.

Any Junior that attends the sessions will be offered Preferential one to one lessons with Tyler at a discounted rate of £17.50 for a 45 minute session.

Course Closure Policy

Our goal is to provide to the members a golf course for play all year round. Clearly, this is not always possible due to adverse conditions, particularly during the winter months.

As Directors we have a duty of care to members and must take Health and Safety into account.

We will now operate a system whereby we will not close the course.

To enable us to do this we must ask members and guests to take additional care if playing in adverse conditions.

This includes:

  • Wearing spiked golf shoes
  • Having adequate insurance cover
  • Taking extra care on sloping areas of the course

These are our recommendations, we will not be policing players

We will continue with the current Fog Policy:
Looking from the drive as it crosses the 10th hole, if you cannot see the 10th green then it is too foggy to play and therefore dangerous. Play is suspended until visibility improves.

Please refer to our Policy on the use of golf buggies and Winter buggy information.

Trolleys are allowed but in adverse weather conditions please carry if you can (this is subject to any special notices).
