We are delighted to announce the addition of Head Chef Carl Shepard to the catering team. Carl brings 25 years catering experience to the club and has the responsibility for the club's catering arrangements. Joining Carl will be Clayton Howell as his assistant.
Carl and his team have exciting plans for the day to day menus and event catering. This appointment gives the club the opportunity to offer tailor made, competitively priced society packages - whatever is required, from a cup of coffee or a bacon roll to a full banquet, Carl is the man.
